Here at Seamingly we offer free delivery to mainland UK, including Northern Ireland. Unfortunately, we do not deliver outside the UK at this present time.
Seamingly will be closed from 25th August 2023 until 3rd September 2023. Any orders placed within this time period will not be processed until 4th September.
We aim to despatch your item(s) within 1-3 working days. Please note, at busy periods this time scale may be extended.
We expect your item to be with you within 5-7 working days.
We will email you a notification when your item(s) have been despatched.
Net curtain orders for custom made sizes will be despatched within 5-10 working days.
We expect you to receive your item(s) within 10-14 working days.
Working days are Monday to Friday 9am till 5pm.
Any orders placed after 5pm on working days or Saturdays and Sundays will be received on the next working day.
Delivery will be made via a courier company of our choosing. You will be notified when your order is on its way.
We will deliver the goods, to the delivery location by the time or within the agreed period or, failing any agreement, without undue delay and, in any event, not more than 30 days after the day on which the contract was entered in to.
You agree that we may deliver the goods in instalments if we suffer a shortage of stock or other genuine and fair reason and provided that you are not liable for extra charges.
You may receive items separately as some items are delivered directly from our suppliers.
If you or your nominee fail, through no fault of ours, to take delivery of the goods at the delivery location, we may charge the reasonable costs of storing and redelivering them.
The goods will become your responsibility from completion of the delivery.
Risk of damage to, or loss of, any goods will pass to you when the goods are delivered to you.
You may cancel an order at any time prior to the order being despatched. You must do this by emailing us at enquiries@seamingly.co.uk, as soon as possible. We will take every care to intercept the order prior to despatch.
If we receive your notice to cancel after your item(s) have been despatched, you must take delivery of the item(s) and contact us to notify us that you wish to return your items.
You will be responsible for the cost of the return postage.
PLEASE NOTE: we do not accept returns on net curtains.
If you wish to cancel your net curtain order you must notify us as soon as possible so we can do our best to intercept the order prior to cut off. If the order has already been processed, we are unfortunately unable to cancel your order and a refund will not be granted.
